Depending on the service and duration you book, you can expect to pay between $100 to 170 or higher if you select add-ons also.

There are no intake forms other than the one tied to your booking process so no. Just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothing.
Just be sure to make a note of this during your intake form! Disclose all of your health information beforehand for the best results.
You are free to undress as much as you are comfortable with ranging from full nudity to fully clothed. You will be draped with towels during your session.
We can work around you. Maybe we’ll flip you over, give you a break or adjust techniques and pressure. It’s up to you and we will accomodate you.
If you are extra open with your massage therapist in your form, expressions & conveying what you want then you can get worked on without constraint which allows for a better massage. It’s about trust & allowing a professional to just focus on the massage itself.
For pain & tension you want a Remedial Massage. For stress & insomnia you want a Relaxation Massage. For everything else a tailored session is your best pick. Everything is about you.
We can provide that to you at your request, though we may use more Elbow Work and Bodyweight.
Absolutely, just mention it in your Intake Form& we will tailor your session to your needs.
Nope! You will be sent an Aftercare Guide via Email to give you a few helpful tips so you feel better for longer. You also get a receipt to claim insurance if you didn’t already post-session.

You can purchase physical or digital gift cards, please head over to the gift certificate page to make a purchase for your loved ones.
Simply book in a gift certificate session online through our scheduler. You do NOT need to enter any codes anywhere, we will mark your gift certificate off on our end.
Yes. You can purchase gift cards for yourself or others, there is no limit. There is also a promotion for buying multiple at once!
You have 3 Years or 36 Months from the date of purchase to use your Massage Gift Card
Yes, for this you just need to purchase one in person with either your massage therapist or reception. We can also mail them to you.
